Does the building have to invest?
No. LAVEONE takes on design, equipment, installation and operation. The building provides the space and the infrastructure, subject to technical validation.
Do water and power go into the shared costs?
No. LAVEONE pays the laundry's water and power; that consumption stays out of the building's shared costs, as set in the contract.
Who runs the laundry day to day?
The LAVEONE team monitors it, handles maintenance and supports residents. The building manager does not have to run the operation.
How much space is needed?
From 10 m² for Compacta. Premium fits from 15 m² and Signature from 20 m².
How long does installation take?
60 to 90 days after approval and site validation.
What if the space is under 10 m²?
The technical visit looks at other areas of the building before ruling it out. Many laundry rooms start in a common area that was sitting idle.
