LAVEONE for buildings
Convenience that improves daily life and the building itself
Design, rollout, technology and full operation. The building provides the space; LAVEONE handles everything else.
Zero investment from the building
Context
Residents buy convenience. The building has to deliver experience
Shared laundry answers a real shift in how people live.
Smaller homes
A washer and dryer take up valuable square metres inside the apartment.
Busier routines
Residents want services that are nearby, simple and available in the building itself.
Common areas matter more
Useful amenities influence satisfaction, retention and perceived value.

Frequently asked
The main questions already have answers
The goal is to make the review easier for the board, the property administrator and the residents.
Who pays for it?
LAVEONE covers design, equipment and installation. The building spends nothing.
Who runs it?
The LAVEONE team monitors, maintains and supports residents directly.
Does the building manager have to manage it?
No. The operational routine sits with LAVEONE, including user support.
When does the revenue share start?
After the first year of operation. The percentage is presented in the proposal and set in the contract.
How much space is needed?
From 10 m², subject to technical validation of dimensions, access and infrastructure.
How long does the rollout take?
60 to 90 days after building approval and validation of the location.
Who pays for the water and electricity?
LAVEONE does. The operation's consumption does not enter the building's shared costs, as set out in the contract.
What if residents do not use it?
The demand risk sits with LAVEONE, not the building. That is exactly why the site visit assesses unit count and usage profile before any proposal.
