What these figures are

They are projections built from explicit assumptions about volume, price and cost, documented on every page where they appear. They exist so you can understand the economic mechanics of the model before investing time and capital in deeper analysis.

What these figures are not

They are not a promise, a guarantee or an estimate of your future store's results. LAVEONE does not guarantee revenue, profit, margin or payback period.

Assumptions

Volume, price and cost assumptions are presented alongside every projection, in the commercial presentation, and adjusted to the applicant's territory. No projected figure is published outside that context.

What is not included

• Equipment depreciation.
• Cost of capital or financing charges.
• The franchisee's own salary.
• Working capital and reserves for the ramp-up period.
• Location-specific costs, such as infrastructure upgrades or property requirements.

What makes results vary

City, site, residential density nearby, competition, seasonality, construction cost, energy and water prices, tax regime, property conditions and, above all, the franchisee's own execution.

How we read payback

The payback shown is simple: total investment divided by projected monthly operating result. It excludes cost of capital, inflation, demand variation over time and the store's ramp-up period. It is a reference indicator, not a forecast of when capital will be returned.

Franchise Disclosure Document

Definitive commercial terms are set out in the Franchise Disclosure Document and the franchise agreement. Brazilian law grants applicants a minimum review period before signature. Read those documents carefully and, where possible, with independent legal and accounting advice.
